Picture Ready Occupied Staging
This is typically the most common type of home staging service. After we have conducted the in-home consultation, we will return to your property for a complete refreshed transformation! This service is for homeowners who plan on living in the home while it is on the market and all or most of the furnishings remain in the home.
Preparing your home for a listing can be a time-consuming process, and we understand that sellers often do not have the time to fully make the property market ready. We will suggest measures for depersonalization by utilizing, rearranging and/or editing your existing furniture and design. Supplementary accessories and furniture from our inventory can be incorporated for an extra fee, if required. The primary objective of the Refreshed Occupied Staging service is to meticulously prepare each room to optimize its functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal.
Recommendations may include:
- Provide some rental or purchased furniture and accessories to stage
- Highlight the property’s best features for photography and showings
- Hands-On furniture and accessories rearranging
- Create styling updates
