The Home Stager
My name is Yulimey Ortiz and I am the creator of Home Staging 4 Success. I am a certified professional Home Stager and a certified vacation rental design expert working in the North Jersey region. At a young age, I was introduced to design and organization by assisting my aunt in her party decoration business. I discovered a passion and joy for the decorative details and aesthetics of a space, whether it be a party room or any living space. I landed into home staging by accident, many years later. My property was being put on the market, and I wanted it to look its best for a quick sale and higher offer value. After all, I had an eye for what looked aesthetically pleasing.
When the realtor came to preview the house, she was pleasantly surprised and recommended I become a “Home Stager.” A home stager? No way! I responded. You see, fourteen years ago, home staging was a relatively new concept. I have not always been a home stager. Career wise, life took me in a different direction. I worked in the corporate world and then became an elementary school teacher, while still assisting my aunt part-time in her now very successful business.
Eventually, I was inspired to start my home staging business. With my many years of experience in managing and decorating, my team and I are capable of tackling your vacation rental design or home staging project, ultimately in achieving home money in your wallet and lots of “likes.”
