This service is geared to busy real estate investors, hosts and remote hosts who need a complete makeover of an existing property or setting up a short term rental for the first time. We do everything from planning to receiving to installing and styling. We first create general design concept boards for each room. Once agreed upon, we purchase, receive, unpack, inspect, handle delivery, returns, installations and styling for a turnkey ready result!

- Install, style, arrange all furniture and accessories
- Coordinate the purchase, delivery, unpack, inspect, and dispose waste of all furniture and accessories
- Professional photography to market your rental property
- Arrange all visual aspects such as hang artwork, make the beds, etc.
- Provide landscaping and amenity recommendations
- Access to item links to repurchase, refresh or restock items from your rental property **
** This service does not include installation of window coverings, a fully stocked kitchen, or outdoor living spaces. These are additional services.
